The Crushed Velvet fabric is suitable for General Domestic use and has 15.000 rubs on the Martindale rating. The Fabric conforms to BS 5852 Part 1 Cigarette and Match Test using the Smouldering cigarette source and butane flame ignition source. Our full range of Upholstery fabrics are Flame Retardant and are tested regularly to ensure they meet the British standards governing flammability.

Usage- it is accepted that certain fabrics may gain new features such as textured fabrics flattening, fabrics creasing or distortion. These are bound to happen as fabrics age and wear.

Cleaning- We recommend to get this fabric professionally dry cleaned. It is also acceptable to use a hand held vacuum cleaner to clean the upholstered fabric. This fabric can be discoloured by sunlight and bleach.
