PLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. WE CLEARLY SET OUT OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS UNDER HEADBOARDS LTD.
Descriptions and product information
We do our very best to ensure all descriptions and product information on our website are as accurate as possible. All pictures are for illustrative purposes only.
Please check the size, the width, the height and the desired fabric before placing your order.
We recommend that you request a free swatch (fabric sample) so you can see and feel your chosen material before you place your order. We try our best to illustrate the fabrics as accurately as possible but colours may vary from screen to screen.
Please Note the fabric may vary in colour very slightly from roll to roll. We will not start any manufacturing if we believe the swatches we sent you are very different from the fabric we currently have in stock. Due to commercial tolerance please note there may be a slight difference.
Availability
All of our headboards are made to order, We hold a wide range of fabrics to choose from which are usually in stock. If we do not have the fabric have in stock we can get next day delivery from our fabric suppliers. If they are out of stock then we will contact you immediately to advise of the situation.
We strongly recommend that customers request a swatch sample of their desired fabric so they can hold the fabric to get a feel of the material and exact colour. Colours of fabrics can vary from screen to screen due to different screen resolutions.
All headboards will be delivered within 28 days of purchase. Orders can be delivered quicker in most cases but you will need to contact us regarding this.
Cancellations
All our headboards are manufactured to your individual requirements and choice of fabric therefore every order is a custom made order and will not be resellable by us. Under the distance of selling regulations of 2000 you do not have the right to cancel your order unless your order is defective or we have failed to manufacture your chosen headboard.
Payment
We currently accept payment from all major credit/debit cards. All payments are processed using HSBC Merchant services. Every transaction goes through stringent security test to reduce the risk of fraud. We reserve the right to cancel any credit card transaction if it does not receive the required security score. In this case we will cancel the payment and request for payment to be made to our account. The order will be accepted when we receive cleared funds in our account.
Fire and Safety Regulations
If you sends your own fabric for us to use when making your headboard then it is your responceibilty that the fabrics meet all the relevant Fire and safety regulations.
If you are placing an order for commercial use (use in Hotels, Apartments) then please DO NOT place your order online, you need to call us and place order by phone or email as we need to make your headboard to meet the standards required for commercial use.
Delivery
Once the headboard is ready to be dispatched we will contact you by telephone to arrange a suitable time for delivery. We regret to inform that we can not dispatch any headboard until delivery has been arranged.
Once we have booked in delivery and the delivery has been missed for any reason we reserve the right to re charge for delivery if necessary.
When we have booked in delivery we will make sure we dispatch the headboards accordingly, We shall not be liable for failures in delivery which are due to reasons beyond our reasonable control due to third party services. All headboards will be dispatched using the courier services of TNT or DHL.
When booking in deliveries we will be able to give you a day of delivery. However we are not able to advise whether it will be an am or pm delivery time.
Please be very careful if you open you packaging using a knife or a sharp object.
It is your responsibility to inspect that the box (packaging) is in good conditions when accepting delivery from our couriers. If the box is damaged please mark as damaged when signing for it or simply refuse delivery.
If you sign for the package we will not be liable for any damage to the headboard.
All headboards are hand crafted and hand packaged to ensure they reach the customer is good condition.
