Our aim is to produce our headboards to a very high standard, all headboards will go through a stringent quality test before dispatch to ensure they pass the various stages of our quality process.

As all headboards are custom made to your specifications including materials, colours and measurements. Returns will only be accepted for mistakes made by us or if there is any damage caused during delivery. www.headboards.ltd.uk thoroughly inspects all finished orders before dispatch so you can expect to receive your bespoke headboard in perfect condition.

You must report any damage caused by the delivery within 7 working days. We cannot accept ANY returns for damage or fault if you do not report damage or fault within 7 days. Please note, if returning an item because of damage or fault you must retain the original box. The company will at its own cost replace goods that are defective on delivery providing we are notified within 7 days of actual delivery or attempted delivery.

We strictly comply to the to The DTI Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged after delivery.

We take special care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our headboards are correct. However the colours of fabrics used in our headboards may have a very slight variation.

Please inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered damage in transit,

Either - Refuse Delivery

- Contact us immediately

Or

- Accept the headboards and mark damaged on the couriers paperwork before signing

- Contact us immediately

- Keep the original packaging,

- Promptly contact the delivery company for a damage inspection report - - Request that the delivery company return the item(s).

If you do need to return any goods, please remember to wrap the package securely as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement on goods which are damaged during transit, and send it to:-

Mark your package clearly as "Returned Goods" and let us know by email that the headboard is being returned to us.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
